Building Confidence Through Excellence.
Dean Douglas Homes
About Us
Our History
In 1958, Harold Patterson started building custom homes in Arizona. Harold built many custom homes over the years, and never once had an unsatisfied customer. In 2000, after over forty years in business, as Harold was getting ready to retire, he passed his company to grandson, Edwin Patterson. Troy Dean Ethington, also from home building roots and life-long friend of Edwin Douglas Patterson, had a dream to create a business, build fine custom homes and carry out the traditions set before them. Together they formed Dean Douglas Homes and in doing so, have made these dreams a reality, while doing what they love: "building high quality custom homes!" Troy and Ed have now built nearly one hundred homes, without one dissatisfied customer. They are confident that you will be completely satisfied through every step of your project. Customer satisfaction is their guarantee!
